In the rare occurrence of receiving a defective item, please contact us at info@v7mpire.com and we will exchange the item for you as soon as possible.
All packages are shipped in 1-3 business days. All in-stock items are premade and ready to ship. After your items are packaged and shipped out, you will receive an email containing the order summary and tracking number. Contact customer support if you can't find your package and we will help you find where it's located. Usually it will be located at your local post office.
